| Description: | Catalyst is a Residential Treatment Program designed to help boys ages 13-17 discover their identity and reach their full potential. Mentors spend their time with the boys working-out, guiding them through school and participating in various character-building activities throughout the day. The following shifts are available: 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm and On-Call. We have Recreational Therapy Activities M-F All the boys participate in Triathlon Training. We like to avoid double standards so we would prefer staff that are willing to work out and participate in the same groups, work outs and activities as the students. |
| Duties: | We are looking for mentors to help teach the boys social competency, emotional control, maturity, self-esteem, and leadership skills while ensuring the boys’ physical, emotional, spiritual and mental safety. We expect professionalism from our staff. |
| Qualifications: | We are looking for mentors that are at least 21 years of age and enjoy working with this population. Potential mentors must be friendly, creative, outgoing, caring, proactive and have the ability to hold boundaries with the boys. |
